ALWAYS PLACE CANDLES ON A HEAT-RESISTANT TRAY OR SURFACE.
TRIM WICK TO 5MM BEFORE EACH USE.
NEVER LEAVE A BURNING CANDLE UNATTENDED.
KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN, PETS, CURTAINS, AND FLAMMABLE ITEMS.
DO NOT BURN FOR MORE THAN 2-3 HOURS AT A TIME
STOP USE WHEN ONLY 1CM OF WAX REMAINS.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is returned in its original, unused condition with all original packaging.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. if approved your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs showing the damage or incorrect item.
Please note that Tabs Candle Studio is not responsible for products that are left outside for extended periods of time after delivery, including exposure to heat, cold, or rain.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once your order has been shipped, Tabs Candle Studio is not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen in transit or after delivery.
If your parcel is lost, please contact us and we will provide any available shipping information to assist you in submitting a claim with the shipping carrier.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Orders returned to sender are not eligible for a refund.

Each candle is handmade with care. Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be prepared before dispatch. Custom orders may require additional time depending on the design and quantity.

Delivery Issues
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the chosen courier service. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
